Instructions
Crush oat flakes in a mixer until a flour is produced
Mix with the remaining ingredients
Heat the coated pan (or use oil) and add 1/3 of the dough
Fry until the pancake gets bubbles on the edges. Turn and fry until golden brown
Top with maple syrup, berries or nuts
