Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Creamy and chocolaty made with silken tofu. The simplest vegan chocolate mousse!

  • 14 oz silken tofu
  • 7 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar


  • Puree the tofu in a mixer until it becomes creamy.
  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  • Add vanilla sugar and chocolate to the tofu and mix again.
  • Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.


Feel free to decorate with berries or other fruits to make it look even better :)
