dark chocolate

vanilla sugar
Instructions
Puree the tofu in a mixer until it becomes creamy.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Add vanilla sugar and chocolate to the tofu and mix again.
Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
Notes
Feel free to decorate with berries or other fruits to make it look even better :)
