Vegan Meal Delivery Services –
The Ultimate Guide 2020

Meal delivery is blowing up these days.

There is a huge variety out there already.
From complete meals 3-times a day to one-time delivery.

But which one is the right for you?

It depends on a lot of things: Your preferences, food allergies, time frame, whether you are looking to lose weight or not…
I’ve put up a comparison, so you can decide what’s the best option for you.

These are only pre-cooked meals, not ingredients that you need to prepare like hellofresh. I will put up a new post dedicated to that soon, so stay tuned 🙂

And let me know in the comments if you have tried out any of them!

A great option if you live in Southern California. For nationwide delivery, there are better-priced options.
If you are into juice cleanses and fasts, this is convenient to keep yourself committed.

Overall Rating: 9.5 / 10

Though not 100% vegan, it offers some decent options. Especially if you like vegan mock meat like Beyond Meat.
The prices are very reasonable and you get the full package including breakfast, lunch and dinner, so you don’t need to think about anything anymore.

Overall Rating: 9.2 / 10

Frozen meals are super convenient if you don’t plan on using meal delivery services regularly. They do offer dairy, so make sure to exclude that option when ordering.
Great taste and quality of food but you have to choose your meals every week if you’d like to mix things up.

Overall Rating: 8.7 / 10

Veestro is ideal for everyone who’d like vegan versions of their favourite comfort dishes without having to prepare anything themselves. But don’t expect creative culinary excursions.

Overall Rating: 8.8 / 10

Ideal plan if you’re looking to lose weight. Meals are on the low-calorie side, so keep that in mind if you’re trying to maintain or gain weight. If you like mock meats and cheese you’ll get the most out of it. Best suited if you’re still transitioning.
